At CANCCIO, we believe the pieces you choose to wear should be made to last. That’s why every CANCCIO stainless steel jewelry piece and belt is backed by our 1-Year Warranty. Our warranty provides additional peace of mind and covers manufacturing and material defects that occur under normal and intended use.
What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that affect the functionality or structural integrity of your CANCCIO piece.
Covered issues may include:
- Breakage caused by a manufacturing defect
- Faulty clasps, closures, buckles or mechanisms
- Structural defects
- Defective components
- Stones or other components becoming detached due to a manufacturing defect
- Other defects directly attributable to the manufacturing process or materials
For belts, this includes manufacturing defects affecting the belt, buckle or other structural components.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents or cosmetic marks caused by normal use
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by excessive force, misuse or improper handling
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, salt water or similar substances
- Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications or alterations
- Lost or stolen items
- Natural or expected changes to finishes or materials resulting from normal use
- Damage resulting from use outside the product’s intended purpose
For stainless steel jewelry, normal surface wear and cosmetic deterioration resulting from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Making a claim is simple. Please contact us at contact@canccio.com and provide:
1. Your order number or other proof of purchase
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photographs showing the issue
You do not need to send your item to us for the initial assessment. We review warranty claims based on the photographs and information provided. If necessary, we may request additional photographs, information or the item itself to determine whether the issue is covered.
If we determine that the issue is caused by a manufacturing or material defect covered by this warranty, we will provide a replacement of the affected product, subject to availability. Our commercial warranty provides replacement only and does not provide a cash refund. If the exact same product is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative. If we require the original item to be returned, we will provide you with instructions after your claim has been approved.
Warranty Period
The CANCCIO Warranty applies for 1 year from the date of delivery. No separate registration is required. Please retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. CANCCIO reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the criteria of a manufacturing or material defect or fall outside the intended scope of this warranty. This includes claims involving normal wear and tear, misuse, intentional damage, fraudulent activity, or previously submitted issues or photographs.
Purchases Covered
Our 1-Year Warranty applies to products purchased directly through the official CANCCIO website. For purchases made through an authorized third-party retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their applicable policies.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This 1-Year CANCCIO Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this warranty limits, excludes or replaces any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law. Your statutory consumer rights apply independently of this commercial warranty.
