ORDER PROCESSING
All CANCCIO orders are personally prepared, inspected, and packed by our team prior to shipment. Each item undergoes a final quality check to ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified accordingly. Shipping fees and any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Standard with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and are provided for guidance only:
Spain and Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
European Union: 3 to 7 business days
United Kingdom and Switzerland: 3 to 8 business daysDelivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties or customs charges.
Orders shipped to Switzerland or the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. CANCCIO does not control or determine these charges.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. CANCCIO is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to CANCCIO due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, CANCCIO reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of reshipment.
SHIPPING RISK AND DELIVERY
CANCCIO bears the risk of loss or damage to goods until the goods have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
