Each CANCCIO piece is produced in limited quantity and individually prepared by hand. Every order is personally inspected, documented, and sealed before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. This policy explains your legal rights and the return options available depending on your delivery country.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If your delivery address is within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at contact@canccio.com.
Once you have notified us, you must send the item back within fourteen days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. We may wait to issue the refund until the returned item has been received or proof of return has been provided. All refunds are processed within fourteen days in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. You may try on the item to assess fit and appearance. However, items showing signs of wear, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product may be subject to a reduced refund or refusal, as permitted under EU law. Items must remain fully resellable as new.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact contact@canccio.com. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as customers remain responsible for the item until it is received.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of:

• the packaging
• the shipping labelWe will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This does not affect your legal withdrawal rights.
REFUND METHOD (EU)
For EU customers, refunds are always issued using the original payment method. Store credit may be offered as an optional alternative, but this does not affect your legal rights.
RETURNS — SWITZERLAND AND UNITED KINGDOM
For customers located in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery as a voluntary service. Returned items must meet all return conditions described above. Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
