1. Scope and Application
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of this website and all contracts concluded between NOIRE SOIREE, LDA and customers purchasing products through www.canccio.com.
These Terms apply to consumers residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Contract Formation
Product listings on this website constitute an invitation to purchase and do not represent a legally binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to confirmation, including in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. Any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.
3. Prices, Currency, and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP), depending on the customer’s location. Prices include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable under relevant tax regulations. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Import duties, customs charges, import VAT, and clearance fees for deliveries outside the European Union are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer. Payment must be completed in full using the payment methods offered at checkout before shipment is dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped from within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier operations or customs procedures. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable law. If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, we reserve the right to recover any resulting costs where legally permitted.
5. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery without providing any reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify us and return the goods. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise expressly stated. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, in accordance with applicable law. Customers are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Returns Outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, return and refund rights may differ and may be limited, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Where returns are accepted, refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Product Characteristics and Proper Use
Products must be handled and used with reasonable care. Natural wear, aging, material characteristics, and normal variations do not constitute defects. This provision does not limit statutory warranty rights.
8. Statutory Warranty
Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation where required by law, including in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under applicable product liability laws. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from breach of essential contractual obligations. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, product designs, and branding, is the property of NOIRE SOIREE, LDA and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or governmental actions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

We are not obligated and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.
